The terms of use define your access to or the use of the website, content and services provided by Rhodes Transfers Network, a private company in Rhodes based at 50 Afstralias Street, Rhodes Greece.

By accessing and using the services, you accept the provisions of these terms and enter into a contractual relationship between you and Rhodes Transfers Network.

Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which create a contract between you and Rhodes Transfers Network. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede any prior agreements or arrangements with you. Rhodes Transfers Network may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services related to you or generally cease to offer or deny access to the Services or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason.

Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, and whenever that happens such supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable Services. The Supplemental Terms are additional to this Agreement and are considered part of the Terms for the purposes of the applicable Services. The Supplemental Terms shall prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict between them with respect to the applicable Services.

Rhodes Transfers Network may modify the Terms related to the Services from time to time. The amendments will become effective upon the publication of such updated Terms of Rhodes Transfers Network on this website or the amended policies or supplementary terms of the applicable Service. Your continued access to or use of the Services after such publication constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.

The collection and use of our personal data in connection with the services is in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Rhodes Transfers Network available at https://dodekanisosservices.com.

Rhodes Transfers Network reserves the right to provide the person processing the claim or insurer with all necessary information (including your contact details) if there is a complaint, dispute or conflict, which may include an accident with you and a third party service provider (including the transport company driver), if such data or information is necessary to resolve a complaint; dispute or conflict.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Rhodes Transfers Network is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages. Rhodes Transfers Network shall not be liable for damages, liabilities or losses arising from: (a) use of or reliance on the Services or inability to access or use the Services or (b) any transaction or relationship between you and any third party.

Rhodes Transfers Network is not responsible for delays in case of extraordinary circumstances or emergency incidents, such as road conditions, traffic jams, force majeure or other adverse conditions. In such cases, the cost is not refunded to the user.

In any case, the amount of compensation for each reservation may not exceed the double value of reservation.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rhodes Transfers Network and its officers, directors and employees harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Services or Services and goods arising from your use of the Services; breach of any terms; use of your User Content or violation of the rights of any third party, including third parties.

Rhodes Transfers Network confirms the correctness of its vehicles in accordance with the regulations of Greece.

Consumer rights

In case the consumer has a complaint about the service, he/she can submit it in writing in the following ways:

• by post at 50 Afstralias Street, Rhodes.

The deadline for filing a complaint is 30 days from the time the service was used.

Cancellation Policy

100% cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the date of the transfer.

0% cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours or more before the date of transfer.

50% cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled up to 24 hours before the date of transfer.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]

Prices

All prices are valid only if the details provided are correct (pick-up time, pick-up location, number of passengers, number of baggage). If the details are incorrect, additional charges may arise.

Rules & Safety

As a passenger, you are required to comply with all safety laws. This includes wearing your seat belt at all times and remaining seated while the vehicle is in motion. Also, you should not try to open doors or windows without the driver’s consent. Smoking, eating and drinking are not allowed inside the car. Pets are not allowed.

Online booking process

The vehicle presented on the website and in your booking confirmation is indicative of the category and can be replaced with another car of the same category, for which you made the reservation.

The contract becomes legally binding only when you receive your transfer voucher by email. In case the Carrier is unable to provide the requested services, you will be informed and the full amount will be refunded by the same method used for the payment, without any further liability towards you.

Payment

Prices are charged in euros and any currency conversion facility is provided as an approximation tool only
